To provide our scheduling features, our application interacts with your Google Calendar data in the following ways:

  • Accessing Calendar Information (calendar.readonly): We request read-only access to your Google Calendars to:
    • List your available calendars so you can choose which ones to use for conflict checking.
    • Read the start and end times of events on your selected calendars to accurately show your availability and prevent double-bookings.
  • Managing Calendar Events (calendar.events): We request permission to edit events to:
    • Create new events on your behalf when someone books a time with you.
    • Update and delete events that were created by our application if a meeting is rescheduled or canceled.

We do not store your calendar event details on our servers beyond what is necessary for the booking itself. We securely store your authorization tokens (access and refresh tokens) to maintain the connection to your Google Calendar. This data is not shared with any third parties.

Use of Calendly User Data

To provide our alternative scheduling features via Calendly, our application interacts with your Calendly data in the following ways:

  • Scheduling: We retrieve user availability and event-type availability to facilitate seamless meeting coordination.
  • User Management: We retrieve basic user information to personalize your scheduling experience and ensure account consistency.

We handle your Calendly data with the same level of security and privacy as your Google data. We only access the information necessary to provide the scheduling service you have requested.
