How it works
1. We curate your circle
Three non-competing solo founders at a similar stage. We review your stage, business model, and time zone, then check every circle for fit before it starts. You stay together for a minimum three-month cycle.
2. One structured session a month
Each circle meets for 60 minutes, virtually by default. Every founder gets a turn, about 20 minutes:
- Check-in. What are you focused on, and did you do what you said you'd do?
- Calibration. Two peers share honest feedback and surface what you may be missing.
- Commitment. State your next high-impact step out loud.
3. Accountability and calibration, every month
Your circle asks if you followed through, and tells you honestly what they think of your next move. No re-explaining. No starting over.
You've probably tried something.
Here's what was missing.
An informal accountability buddy
Helpful for a few weeks, but usually too loose to sustain momentum.
Slack groups & founder chats
Lots of noise, not enough follow-through, and rarely enough context to be useful.
A mentor or VC advisor
Valuable perspective, but not enough context, not enough frequency, and not peers who are in it with you.
An executive coach
Real accountability, but expensive ($500–$2,000+/mo), and still just one point of view.
EO, YPO, Hampton
Great peer structure, but built for a different stage and gated by thresholds most early founders haven't hit.
en
Same stage, same monthly rhythm, with peers who ask the hard questions from session one. Human-curated accountability at a fraction of the cost.
Who it's for
Built for solo founders and small-team builders. Not for stable owner-operators. Not for people looking for a generic founder community.
- From first idea to early scale.
- Any industry: Tech, SaaS, DTC, services, marketplaces, media, and more.
- For founders who want real accountability and honest peer input, not networking or pitches.

Why it works
Accountability that compounds
Your circle remembers what you committed to. Each session gets sharper because your peers already have the context. No starting over, no re-explaining.
Calibration that gets more precise
The longer your circle runs, the better your peers understand your market and your blind spots. Feedback moves from general to specific.
Trust without networking
High-context peers who've seen your reality up close, month after month, tend to become the people you trust most. Without ever going to an event.
Choose your stage
All circles include
- A curated match of 3 founders at your stage.
- 3 structured monthly sessions, 60 minutes each, virtual by default.
- Confidential conversations with honest feedback, off the record.
- Curation, matching, and coordination.
- A refund for your first circle if it isn't a fit.
What members say
"I was guessing at my first pricing model. Another founder in my circle opened his laptop and showed me exactly how he structured his B2B contracts. That specific, private playbook was worth the entire membership fee."
"I was guessing at my first pricing model. Another founder in my circle opened his laptop and showed me exactly how he structured his B2B contracts. That specific, private playbook was worth the entire membership fee."
"I told my circle I'd finally launch my landing page by the next session. Normally that kind of promise just quietly dies. This time, I knew they'd ask. I shipped it three days early just so I wouldn't have to explain why I didn't."
"I used to agonize over decisions for weeks. My circle challenged my assumptions in 20 minutes. We shipped the new pricing the next day. It's not just a chat, it's an accelerator."
"My circle didn't just check if I did what I said. One of them asked why I was even spending time on it. Turned out I was optimizing something that didn't matter yet. That question saved me a month."
"I hate networking events. en is different. It feels like a private board meeting. We don't pitch, we problem-solve. It's the highest-signal hour on my calendar."
